Cut the clutter!

Do you need every single article of clothing that you own? Do you actually use that antique gaming table you just had to have? Are you absolutely certain that you need six different kinds of bed sheets? These are the kinds of questions you need to be asking as you consider downsizing. At the end of the day, only you can decide what you absolutely need versus what you don’t, but please be realistic with yourself. Be honest and make the difficult choice so that you can enjoy your new home without excess clutter. The best place to start this process is in the room that you use the least. You’re bound to find a whole lot of items that you don’t need in there. Work your way up to areas you use every day until you’re comfortable with the items you have left.
